Deputy Vice Director: Dr. Kea Sokleng

    Dr. Kea Sokleng is a highly experienced physician specializing in Emergency Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, and General Medicine, with more than 10 years of professional experience. He has obtained his medical and academic qualifications through studies in both Cambodia and abroad.
    Dr. Kea Sokleng is also a lecturer at IU and UP, where he contributes to medical education and professional training.
Education & Professional Qualifications
   • 2007–2016: Completed his Doctor of Medicine (MD) at a university in Cambodia.
   • 2017: Completed specialized training in Emergency Medicine and Critical Care Medicine.
   • 2019–2020: Completed a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Business Management in the Philippines.
   • 2021–2023: Completed a Doctorate in Law.
